This program aims to support students, graduates and faculty members from ADB Partner Universities in ADB's developing member countries including Armenia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam and other Pacific member countries (University of South Pacific).
